It is used by mouth-breathing fuckwits to insult another male--putting them in the position of acting like some stereotypical woman.
I have never heard of someone being called one. Usually it is something like, "Awww--does your mangina hurt?"
Yuck.
Much like wussy, pussy, wimp, Viqueens, shut your vag, etc.
Just another way to insult a man by comparing him to a woman. Just stupid.
Any time I have heard it, or course, was always from some fratty jock no-nothing fuckwad.

I disagree with this-- It's like calling a woman a "wenis/fenis/genis" or a "female dick possessor" or something in that ballpark.

Usually this type of insult is referring to someone being an asshole. Not in the same ballpark.
Mangina is a clear cut on females-basically saying that the male in question is acting like a female.
Calling anyone a dick, prick, etc. does not come close to being similar to calling a guy a pussy.
I think it is obvious---dick, prick = asshole. C*#t, pussy, vag, etc = woman.

That is my manly take on this.
