Principles over personalities. Sometimes you need a meeting but you dislike somebody in the group because they are a know it all. If you need the support badly enough you go and put up with the egomaniac.

I've been blocked by by certain someones for daring to speak of personal responsibility for behavior. Worst advice evah.
