There's no magic line where something consensual suddenly becomes non-consensual - other than a "no" (which doesn't have to be verbal) - but I don't see how any non-sociopath could readily condone taking advantage of an unconscious (or nearly unconscious) person. I certainly hope no one in this Group thinks anything remotely along those lines

Good post. There is some ambiguity there, but arguably there shouldn't be - when in doubt, don't.

I guess it depends, in part, on what you mean by "drunk," but generally I would say yes.
