36. well, that post is referring to someone so drunk they don't know what they did or didn't consent to

I guess it's a bit ambiguous as to whether the lack of knowing is before the fact or in the moment. But if someone is so drunk that they don't know what they are consenting to, then they can't really consent. I'd say that goes for both men and women.
