I guess it's a bit ambiguous as to whether the lack of knowing is before the fact or in the moment. But if someone is so drunk that they don't know what they are consenting to, then they can't really consent. I'd say that goes for both men and women.

Good post. There is some ambiguity there, but arguably there shouldn't be - when in doubt, don't.

I guess it depends, in part, on what you mean by "drunk," but generally I would say yes.
