10. Also, how does this even get out of committee right now?

He can SAY anything he wants, but the GOP can't even repeal a bill they have been campaigning on repealing for seven years. We hold zero majorities or the executive branch. We are an eyelash away from GOP invoking nuclear option to ram Gorsuch through. How does he think this has a snowballs chance in hell? I guess actually passing legislation is for the little people, not the big bold thinkers.

In addition to taking credit for her idea after denigrating it for so long, it seems like a total non-sequitur, given the situation we are in politically.
