Being elected president, regardless of your ability to pass a FBI background check, ENTITLES you to know every single American secret, AND declassify/divulge it to anyone you want at any time, assuming there's a legitimate need to know (which is pretty broad for the US President)

The president is an original classification authority, and is in fact, the ability *to* classify information flows directly from the President. And while it's technically possible to say the President doesn't need to know a specific piece of information, it'd be pretty hard to come up with a legit justification.
