If the idiot had been professional about it and just issued the FBI's conclusion that no criminal charges were being recommended by the FBI investigstors, Paul Ryan would not be calling for Comey to testify before Congress about what these "very small number" of emails were referring to. Comey let his partisanship get the better of him. He really stepped into a pile of shit. Idiot.
