Clinton and Obama weren't 100 percent in sync, but close enough to make it work.

She didn't break with him on ANYTHING while she was SECSTATE--she was LOYAL.

That's how it goes. If you want the gig in the Executive Branch, you have to key off the boss. The people aren't electing the VP, or any cabinet official--they are electing the person at the TOP of the ticket.
