When is the right time to call the man ?? [View all]

A person on our street took to a power saw to down a large tree at the base.
Having .calculated that it would fall in the back yard.
Not to be had,,,,the whole thing came down on the house next door.
Needless to say that owner was quite upset
I wonder if insurance will cover being a dumb ass ?? ( house value approx.$ 200,000 )

all the input,it is good no one was hurt,however the bone head who caused it shall have to $$$.
Another strange thing.....the people with the damaged house elected to stay in their motor home in the street.
Can somebody say insurance pays for hotel ?? I don't get it.
