Democracy screeched to a halt in Puerto Rico. Silence. There have been no updates in almost 3 hours. Those stopped at 6:30 my time. Massive closings of polling places. They can't get the votes counted in a timely manner. It could be days before we see results.
Why? They were closed at a request from Bernie's Champaign Office. They did not have the money or the staff to send there. These are hand counts and people from each campaign needed to be present.
Sad day for Democracy.

This was an important day for Puerto Rico. They were not voting only for the Presidential Primary

He didn't have the count stopped. He requested fewer polling places because he couldn't staff them
