Because with all of the Republican idgits in the House and all of the Republican knuckleheads in the Senate, it isn't going to matter this year.
Congress isn't going to do anything before the mid-term elections next month!

We Democrats have to take back control of the House this year.
That's all there is to it.
It's either that, or else we will get 2 more years of the same lame bullshit!!!
