I think my son's okay -- except for being sore all over. He went back to work the next day. So I thank you for all your well-wishes, as they mean a lot. A whole lot.

I didn't intend to write again but realized my post was ambiguous. So here it is without ambiguity: I need a break from DU, period. Most of my friends are in the BOG, which is why this post is here; there's a handful I'm fond of who post in GD and not here, but I'm not going to GD. That's why I asked that this not be recced -- just let it stay here.

The toxicity at DU has just worn me down, and it is not good for my mental well-being.

I have no idea when I'll be back, but I'll no doubt skim the headlines from time to time and if there's a PM I'll get it eventually.
