I was nicely surprised! Everything President Obama said is totally accurate and it needed to be said. I can see why he doesn't want to encourage his daughters to smoke it or anyone's kids. He had that experience and he knows he got more done without it. 
And, then AG Holder's statement coming on top of that.. Action!

According to The New York Times, this new federal policy “would tell prosecutors not to prioritize cases involving legal marijuana businesses using banks.” Meaning pot shops could store money in federal banks without having to worry about law enforcement coming after them."
