It's not the ACA that needs to be "fixed". It's the damn web site. The web site isn't the law, and it appalls me that so many people conflate the two.

(Actually, the ACA CAN theoretically be "fixed" by offering a Medicare buy-in. But, we all know that's not going to happen until we get a cooperative Congress.)
