Whatever results happen, its firmly labeled as Obamacare. Hopefully that bites em in the ass but good.

The down side is that any parts that the other side manages to break, for instance issues with people making sub-subsidy wages in states that decline medicaid funding also continue to bear the name.

But I suspect the name is stuck no matter how they try to twist and spin. And spin they will.
