8. Actually, the free market probably caused this.

Truck was doing 65 in the right lane, driver claimed he couldn't get in the left lane where it would have fit without issue, driver claimed he couldn't stop in time after the pace car's clearance pole hit the bridge. (Amusing since he never slowed AT ALL)

Why was he going so fast? In a hurry for a business schedule?
Why didn't he have adequate warning from his pace car?
Why didn't the pace car know ahead of time the right lane was verboten? DOT publishes all that.

And, at the end of the day, they were hauling a giant piece of shit for the oil industry.
