laptop (which is not iCloud compatable but is supposed to let me still use my @mac.com email) but on my iPad it seems fine.

The only problems I've ever had w/Apple is with my email -- and I think only after they introduced mobile me.

So I totally agree -- do some Apple magic and get it together!
