I bought a referb iMac one year. It worked fine for about 6 mos and then I had a minor problem. Took it to the Apple store and they had it for a few days. Brought it home and after a day it screwed up again. Went back to the apple store and the manager said "give him a new one" right then and there. . They have my loyalty from then on...
