and you will find the "Reset" option. Choose "Erase All Content and Settings". That will wipe the phone clean. You want to be sure you've backed up either to iCloud or your computer before you do that though.

I'm sure TMobile could walk you through that. It's pretty basic. TMobile will probably recycle the phone for you. Ask if they have a upgrade option or rebate for moving from AT&T as well.
