ipad 4: 16GB or 32GB or more? Can you download and store Amazon Instant Videos on it? [View all]

Does anyone have ipad 4 memory recommendations?

Can movies or tv shows be transferred (stored) to it so they can be viewed on the ipad at a another time without Wi-Fi or Wireless Cell phone internet? Only through iTunes or Amazon video library?
