to send instead of webmail. If she's using a mail client, she could have a similar problem.

Some accounts require special settings in Thunderbird's account settings in order for the mail to go through. I couldn't send mail from my Yahoo account to some Yahoo groups until I redid Tbird settings although everything else worked fine. Digging through Yahoo's help files and some experimentation gave me the answer, but if she's your client, you probably don't want to ask her to work to solve the problem.

Entourage via Firefox? I thought Entourage was Microsoft's now obsolete mail client for the Mac. This is now far too confusing.
