To change read link colors in Firefox,
go to Settings > General > Language and Appearance and click Colors to customize the default visited link color. Be aware that some websites may use their own styling, which overrides these settings. If your links aren't changing color at all, make sure you are not in a private browsing window or that an extension isn't interfering by testing Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode.
