Can you help? How do I find the model number of a cell phone? [View all]

At the ripe old age of 70, I have been convinced by my 2 kids to go cell phone only. This is a big change for me. I am not sorry to see the last of Verizon but I am having trouble with the learning process in regard to the phone they gave me.

I need to access the model # to figure out what I am doing but cannot find it on this LG phone they gave me. I'm sure the instructions are somewhere on line at the LG site but I can't find this model.
I am now on my kids family plan and will have no phone bills. A great savings for me because I have only SS as income.
It is not a new phone but would serve my needs if I could access the manual.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
