that you mix with water to use. Once mixed, it is clearly the same as normal bleach and they advertise it "Clean with confidence knowing the Bleach Crystals only start working when you mix them with water. Enjoy the same great Clorox Bleach power, now easier than ever to use."

Not sure what the formulation is in your liquid no-splash product.
