5. Speaking about vinegar, I pickled some celery - Wonderful,crunchy, tasty

Had a bunch of celery and couldn't think of what to do with it. Tried Gorden Ramsey's Pickled Celery (below link) and everyone raved about it, even my son who hates anything pickled.




Hint: The fresher and crisper the celery is the better AND run a peeler over them to remove the tough ribbon veins on the outside AND the inner stalks which are more tender are the best. Do not pickle the leaves of the celery.
