As for health resources, they'd be hard-pressed to deal with such an inflow - given that they have one hospital bed for every 600 people, and one physician (inc. dentists) for every 7,700 people.

And like many African countries, they already deal with rates of malaria, HIV, and waterborne diseases.

Not that Boris the Muppet cares in the least.
