How DO they enforce it? I figure Putin is like Trump where "make me" is concerned. Pushing limits, obviously. Assuming no one will dare cross him. So, how DOES a country enforce bans on airspace, minus shooting down a plane? Surrounding it and "escorting" it out of the airspace?
