Saying they are going to reform it implies they will let it survive. That is meant to calm the fears of liberals implying that it will survive. It will not. The right is dependant on the uninformed. I worked for a new immigrant from Pakistan one time. He was all about cbc radio. Just loved it. This is the last thing the conservatives want.
