this isn't it.

This is just the Anti-Education WisGQP pulling crap out of their asses and passing it without input and no idea what the actual impact will be except that ALEC told them to pass this.

If they want to improve the system, make the Tech College Board positions elected locally so they have to answer to the people they are taxing.
