5. Yes they do, and they know Statewide races are won by Dems.

With the heavy Gerrymandering they've engineered, they are pretty confident except for Gov. and Senate votes. They also know all they need is to make it close (if 44 to 64 is close!) to win in district races. They are hated by more people, too.
