1. SCOTUS sucks...this should not be possible

They asked for a mathematical proof. They got one, it was gerrymandered. Of course common sense would say if you get between 46-54 pp percent of the vote, then you should have a similar percentage of seats...not a supermajority.

It started with bush v gore, citizen united made it worse, and rejecting the mathematics that the SCOTUS asked for was even more horrible.

The federalist society must be taken apart, they have pushed this minority rule for a generation now.
