Former state Sen. Kyle Loveless misused his campaign funds to go Christmas shopping, travel to Oklahoma-Texas games, pay his divorce attorney and buy a massage, newly released records show.

He spent hundreds of dollars collected from donors at a popular toy store and on going to the movies. He also misspent his donations while on personal trips to Branson, Missouri, and while in Las Vegas.

In 2015, he paid off a speeding ticket.

And he got fast food — a lot.

The Oklahoma Ethics Commission on Thursday released 111 pages of campaign bank records obtained during its investigation of Loveless. The records show Loveless, 43, misused a campaign debit card almost daily — mostly on everyday personal expenses.
