It is fact that Republicans hate Unions, always have of late and will. Why should workers have rights? Those who benefit from collective bargaining and pay no dues or something for job protections are freeloaders.

Unions are key to keeping employers accountable to provide fair wages, safe working environments, fair treatment, etc. Also, it is fact that Unions support candidates who champion the issues important to workers and that tends to be Democrats.
