4. I have seen them come off an entrance ramp and just cut across 3 or 4 lanes

with no signal then cut back across to exit in like a 1/4 mile. I live in rural Ohio where the nearest traffic light is
about 7 miles away so all big cities are crazy to me. I have heard Charlotte is bad because the city has grown faster
than they can build highways.
