A mix of coke and heroin like what killed J. Bellushi of SN fame.

For those of you not in the know, the intended effect is that the Coke will kick in initially with an “up” type high but then when you started to come down, the longer acting heroin took over rather pleasantly so you’d have no Compulsion to take more coke whose high doesn’t really last all that long.

At least that’s the theory anyway.

If it killed them then it was probably ghetto lab Carfentanyl they mixed in, not medical grade Fentanyl.
