Greek organizations must transform and partner with universities to be character builders and beneficial to the school.

A medium-sized university in the Midwest has done this with much success. After a Greek organization was banned by the university for alcohol and sexual misconduct, the alumni stepped up and partnered with the university to reinstate the organization minus the members who perpetrated the acts of sexual assault and alcohol policy.
The organization became a model for the university and won several awards since.
It takes a sea change at all levels. There are many great things that Greek organizations can offer.
