I hate to see Dems acting so out of control. Yes, Wednesday night was a disaster for trains in the NE corridor. Having an accident take down the overhead electrics in that choke point is a particular disruptive event. That section lacks redundancy and alternative routing. Until the long delayed tunnel is completed, the system remains fragile.

Yelling at Amtrak is not an effective response. Maybe it works politically in NJ.
