is have the debate as scheduled. If Grassley decides to skip out on the show anyway, his opponent will have the entire hour to herself. They should make sure to inform the viewers that ol' Chuck declined to appear. Since the station has a longstanding tradition of holding a debate, it isn't like he didn't know about it.
