I would imagine given the people involved it will have something to do with money, power or favored position. It saddens me that as an Illinoisan that we are going to have four years of this greedy scumbag Rauner. With his past history I do not understand how so many people could have been fooled. Unfortunately our state will pay and is paying a heavy price for that election.
