the damage SHOULD be limited. I hope.

Still, there is something to admire about $36 per Illinois voter. It is like a head tax for the rich. Pity it only went to TV, Radio, Intertube advertising, advertising firms, and letter writers. If only it had gone to pension reform, school investment, or road building.
