...but did see a few seconds of the visuals with the sound off.

Mrs. Rauner was wearing a bright blue dress. Not red. Blue. What an in-your-face, extended middle finger sartorial gesture to the Democratic voters.

Gonna be a long few years. Maybe it's time to move to Minnesota.
