A very ticklish situation, indeed. Probably most people have encountered more than one co-worker who is well outside the norm but without clear evidence of criminal intentions or psychopathy. I remember one who was semi-obsessed with horrible human maladies and diseases. It seemed pretty ghoulish at the time.
