but surely you can also understand the limitations people confront. Actual sexual harassment (and or stalking behavior?) - is absolutely actionable. But short of that ... Creepy or 'weird' behavior - may well get 'flagged' (by co-workers) - but is also unlikely to see someone fired or dismissed - particularly from a workplace and environment that is trying to be welcoming understanding and inclusive. And then too, as we've often been told - psychopaths are often very good at disguising and masking their behavior - when it becomes necessary to do so. (i.e., confronted by authority)

About the best you can do - workplace situation like this - is to put 'the word around' - in as many ears as possible ... "Do not spend any time alone .."
And, of course - on a college campus with literally thousands of different moving pieces ... We all recognize just how utterly weak and ineffectual that sounds ...
