6. I wish you luck getting out of Florida!

I decided to retire early and leave the country. I'm in San Diego and I put my house on the market and had a full price offer and in escrow in 26 days (maybe I should have priced higher?)! Should close here in the next two weeks. Once that is done the ball will start rolling a lot faster.
