Florida is receiving a lot of attention for increasing insurance premiums, and overbuilding leading to declining home prices and increased time for homes being on the market.

As I understand it the problem is not equal throughout the state, but understanding it might help your decision making.

I have no personal knowledge of the market, just what I have read and heard in the media.
