As a regular cyclist for the last 25 years I have had a few run ins with some real assholes. Even had an ambulance driver hit the sirens just for fun passing me on a mountain with a sharp 10 mph switch back turn I was not on the road it has a 4' shoulder.
Unless you are in a vehicle you are not a person to some drivers.

That guy needs to go to jail. But he won't.
