His thoughts fit his surname though and Florida is full of them.

How does one broach the re write of the state constitution? Do they get on a dias and say, "You folks aren't entitled to any of the rights and privleges of the rest of the states and we're going to take away as many as we can"

FFS, he supposedly swore an oath to support the Constitution and protect it from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
