10. I might put solar on the house next year

The peaked roof faces east and west. Gets a lot of sun during the day. The houses to the west are much lower so no obstructions to shade the panels if I do install.

I remember back in the 70s and 80s if temps got into the high 80s it was an unusually hot day.
