There's going to be a lot of hand-wringing about the price. You would think that people in rural areas would really be supporting the bill. They'll finally get broadband. If I lived out in the boonies and had dial-up internet service, I would really be hoping that this bill got passed. There are a lot of bridges and other infrastructure in rural areas that have been neglected as well. There's enough in the bill to entice some Republicans to help pass it, but McConnell doesn't want it to, and he usually gets his way with the GOP Senators.
