It would seem ISIS presents us with an opportunity [View all]

The powers that be have had their hand at war here it all it has done is gotten worse for everyone.
It would seem that there would be some interest in allowing a more "pacifist" approach.

I'm not really talking about a bunch of people marching over a bridge and demanding fair elections from ISIS. I'm thinking more about "fighting" this battle through the State Department, with an assist from the Treasury, in cutting off the flow of money to ISIS. We could also involve the Justice department in putting people on trial who assist ISIS. We could also involve the UN and the World Court by putting various people on trial who support ISIS. We have to stop the flow of money and armaments into the whole region, and keep them out of the combatants hands.

Basically, it would be about waging some law enforcement instead of waging war. We couldn't do much worse that they warriors have accomplished over the last 5 years or so.
